Ring's End Lumber

We ordered a whole new line of kitchen cabinets. All was friendly until the cabinets arrived. The measurements were wrong so we had to change our new door size. Shelves were missing but Rings End claimed they were delivered. The oven cabinet size was wrong but they insist we should have caught the mistake earlier. We trusted our Ring's End designer and saw her fill out the design form over the weeks we met with her. We keep asking to see the design/order to determine the facts. They literally ignore our repeated requests. Instead, we were told to take some of the responsibility and pay half of the replacement cost, plus all the installation cost. My advice: if using Ring's End, ask for the design/order form before you place the order. Ask for the itemization, not just the item numbers, of all the cabinets ordered. We have been trying to resolve since June and have been getting the run around. Our kitchen is on hold. Countertops cannot be installed till the right cabinet is in. Ring's End is certainly not in a rush.. Forget about Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year's.

Ring’s End Lumber Company did a fantastic job. The person in their kitchen department was really wonderful to work with. I would rather not mention the price because it was inclusive of so many things they did. However, it was a fair price. They had to pull down the walls and they gutted the house; it was a huge project. It turned out beautiful in the end. Everything they did was top grade. I had a good experience with the installers and everyone involved in the project.
