An amazing experience! I recently took over as property manager for a house that was in very poor condition. We hired Eli's painting and power washing to turn back the clock on thirty years of neglect. He and his crew did an EXCELLENT job power washing the patio, pathways and fence surrounding the property and the house exterior. They then worked diligently painting the house so it looked brand new (well almost). Their quote was fair, when compared to others. They did not add on extras even when we discovered some wood rot and made the repair. Most important Alexander Eli (the owner) was an excellent communicator. Since I was not on site, every two days he sent me pictures of their progress. He discussed issues with me, and gave me options of how to handle. I found him s trustworthy and reliable (wonderful traits for a contractor), Overall working with Eli's Paint and Power washing was an outstanding experience. We now have a beautiful house and I would highly recommend his service.
