Friendly and professional. Arrived on the day and time frame that was stated. 2 employees happily filled my empty log hoop on porch and stacked remaining wood neatly in shed. The quality of the wood was excellent as expected and extra attention was spent to ensure wood was stacked safely. I appreciated that some light wood debris that had fallen on the street from unloading the wood was swept up clean. This wood delivery was a pleasant experience and would call for a reorder in the future. Also when I called to place my order I left a message and the owner Steve quickly returned my call and was friendly and professional on the phone.

This was my second delivery from Premier. They're the best. Easy to make an appointment. They arrive on time and get the job done fast. The delivery guys are great. The price and product are excellent. I tried to other companies before. I'm sticking with Premier.

Steve was super responsive and was excellent with scheduling a time that worked for both of us. Im very happy knowing I have a wood delivery service i can trust to do a great job going forward. Will only be ordering my wood from Steve as the whole processes was easy, professional and now I have great wood providor!

Good service, responsive and professional. Ordered Firewood during the cold spell and delivery was just a few days later. Wood is good quality, dry and perfect size for my wood burning stove. Vermont Goodwood was "not accepting new customers" but I am glad to have found Premier and will use them going forward!

Premier's service and product are outstanding. The first time I got the wood and the rack. Since then all I do is send Steve a message and wood is delivered and charged to my credit card. The wood is delivered in a day or two, stacked carefully and neatly (which for my house requires the crew going up a flight of stone steps to the terrace), and the crew cleans up all the debris in the driveway. The wood is all hardwood and kiln dried - thus, easy to start and easy to quickly enjoy a fabulous fire. I can't think of one contractor I have had over the past years (and there have been many) that comes close to this level of service and quality of product. I recommend Premier Firewood with the highest possible degree of enthusiasm and appreciation.

I called Premier Firewood this morning and I spoke with Steve. He quoted me a price on a full face cord of kiln-dried hardwood. The wood was exactly "as advertised" on his website. It was completely dry with no bugs or mold (which is great for us because everyone in our house has allergies). While his price was already reasonable, the key selling point for me was the fact that he allowed me to drive directly to his warehouse in Norwalk 15 minutes after the initial call to purchase the wood (at a slight discount). His guys neatly stacked the wood for me in the back of my pickup. Now I have firewood before X-mas! It also allowed me to meet with Steve face-to-face and shake his hand (I like to do business the old-fashioned way). I would definitely go back to do more business with Steve at Premier.

Couldn't ask for anything more. I contacted them on Friday and they delivered the wood on Sunday. The delivery men were on time, professional and quick.

This is the second season that I've used Premier Firewood - and they have been great.
Purchased Mixed Firewood, Kindling and Fat Wood. They delivered on the day they said they would, and I came home to it perfectly stacked in the rack in the garage. I plan on using them again next season as well.
