We hired them to renovate a 12x15 bathroom. While working on it they offered to renovate the identical bathroom below it. We said no that we could not afford it. They persisted but we never agreed. One day we came home and the downstairs bathroom was completely demolished. Remember, we never signed anything and clearly said no several times. When we refused to pay for it they sued us and put a lien on our home. In the end it cost us $35,000. We have had to have almost everything they did fixed and replaced at great expense. We were trying to give business to a local company that was just starting out. Even now, 20 years later it is very upsetting to remember how they scammed us. Stay far away.

Carter DeMarco is as personable as he is professional. He is extremely timely and maintains a immaculate work environment. If you need an awesome handyman, look no further. The best are always busy, and although he will return phone calls, the best way to contact Carter is via email. He's a techie, and uses the latest gadgets to keep his work systematized

THEY CAME AND DID THE WORK. THEY WERE ON TIME AND CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY WERE KIND OF SLOW IN RETURNING THE CALL, BUT I THINK THEY WERE JUST REALLY BUSY.
