Despite building our pool and maintaining the pool, our pool is falling apart. There is question if the they way they maintained the pool actually caused the problems or the design itself is faulty. They do not stand behind their work and are not responsive for company that we have used for an extended amount of time. Last year they didn't even know where the propane take for the heater of the pool they built. This company may have a great "look built" but there product and service to stand up to time and their price gouging is money in the toilet. Beware. This company is not about quality.

They did a fantastic job. The new pool and surrounding area looks fabulous as does the new drive and round about. Though there was a small glitch, they remedied it immediately without a problem - a sign of a great company! I highly recommend them and I intend to use them again for other projects.

They respond very quickly to issues when you call. If the water irrigation doesn't work then they will come out and fix it. They are a little on the high side with cost but they are good.

We availed of their package that comes with them cleaning the pool every week. Our experience with them was great. The price of the service they offered seems appropriate. The quality of service was great and they are very professional. I would use them again the future.

Beautiful job. They finished on time , were very attentive and professional in every way. It was somewhat costly but fair; the job was done very well and the service has been extremely good. This is a very special company; they stand behind their work and I would definitely use them again .

The original pool build went very well, precisely according to plan. Their maintenance program is comprehensive and well-organized. They show up every week, like clockwork, and they come whenever we call for special service (e.g. before a party, after a power failure,etc). In the fall, in addition to ordinary pool close and cover installation activities, they take apart the filter pump equipment and store it inside. They also put away our deck and poolside furniture. In the spring, they reverse the process. They stand behind their work without fail. We had a problem with the remote switch in our spa over a number of years. They replaced it several times under their program. Finally they concluded that the problem related to their initial electrical conduit installation. At their own expense, and without prompting, THEY DUG UP AND REPLACED about 100 feet of conduit and wiring! Amazing. Periodically they'll have an under-trained crew show up for the spring opening, and they'll make mistakes with the filter plumbing. We call to report the problem, and they come right over to fix it. I can't imagine using anyone else in this area.

They are here every other day fixing something or the other. I spent about $200. They are great. They do everything; trimming the trees and lawn, taking care of the irrigation system, the pool and things like that. That is what we like about them. They do everything; we don’t have to call other people to do things. When something is not working properly, we just call them or e-mail them and they are out the next day to fix it. I think they are worth the price we pay because they are reliable and we trust them.

I THINK THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE HAVE TO GO THROUGH A BACKGROUND CHECK, AND I LIKE THAT. WE HIRED SOMEONE WHO JUST GAVE ME THE CREEPS SO WE WENT BACK TO THESE GUYS. THE COMPANY IS RUN VERY PROFESSIONALLY.

I HAVE BEEN USING GLEN GATE FOR LANDSCAPE MANAGEMENT SINCE 2002. MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH GLEN GATE IS EXCELLENT, PROFESSIONAL COMPANY BUT NOT INEXPENSIVE.
