+ -1 moreVery friendly service and the product is of great quality. We decided to go with them because they were referred to us through a friend. Their price is reasonable and Jeff was a GREAT guy to work with. He?s also registered with the state, which a lot of these guys aren?t and so that made us happy. The project took a bit longer than expected due to a tropical storm as well as some "surprises" in the foundation of our existing house. All in all, though, it was less than 2 months late which I was happy with. He stuck VERY close to the budget which was great for us - I think by the end we were over only by about 3% which is impressive on a job of this size. Jeff did most of the job himself and was trustworthy and fun to be around. I'd highly recommend him and we hope to use him again in the future for other renovations.
Description of Work: Fine Line Designs was hired to construct a home addition. The contact person’s name is Jeff Norman. The addition consisted of a lower-level playroom, mudroom, guest room and large storage closet. The upper level was a large master suite (with bathroom and walk-in closet) complete with loft living space above the bedroom.
