The project took a bit longer than expected due to a tropical storm as well as some "surprises" in the foundation of our existing house. All in all, though, it was less than 2 months late which I was happy with. He stuck VERY close to the budget which was great for us - I think by the end we were over only by about 3% which is impressive on a job of this size.
Jeff did most of the job himself and was trustworthy and fun to be around. I'd highly recommend him and we hope to use him again in the future for other renovations.
