Exactly as I hoped. We had done some construction when we first moved into our house and the roof was never really quite right. In replacing the roof, I wanted to ensure it was done right but also really intent on having it visually appealing. Dave Hand was extremely helpful in guiding me through the shingle choices. His attention to detail in both the look and quality of the work resulted in an extremely well-done beautiful roof. He and his crew are top-notch - the best.

The project went as planned from start to finish. David was on the job every day, he kept us aware of everything that was being done - sometimes even by text when we were at work. He went above and beyond on several things, which was so appreciated. His crew was polite, they were hard workers, and I am not sure we even found one nail after they were finished. The finished product is beautiful and such high quality. I would recommend David Hand and Advanced Roofing to anyone enthusiastically.

The result was nothing less than stunning. This marquee historic Westport home won the 2016 Westport Preservation Award, in great part due to the masterful work of Dave Hand and the crew at Advanced Roofing. There are few contractors that could have completed this job properly. The house is 100% watertight, and will remain so for many, many years to come.

Fantastic - he did everything he said he would do, when he said he would. Job was done quickly and efficiently. He followed up to make sure everything was OK (everything was great.) I am very happy with the work they did. He did another smaller job repairing an opening in my roof and repaired a basement stairwell ceiling, installing a skylight. An awkward job, done beautifully.

The work was done quickly and efficiently, with the crew being very conscientious about cleanup and leaving the site in good shape at the end of each day. We had a deadline that we needed to meet and Dave's team worked hard, including many Saturdays and long work days, to make it happen. We detected one small leak after the job was done and Dave's team was out next day on a Saturday to rectify it. We've been really pleased working with Advanced Roofing and would highly recommend.

The work was performed on schedule, on budget and very clean. Gutters and down spouts were included and are awesome! Other contractors did not include.

I cannot say enough about how professional these men were while working on my home. Dave the owner was present daily, making sure the job went to plan. There were no hidden charges at the end. From the owner to the workers they were working like a well oiled machine from sun up to sun down. I would definitely use them again. They left the premises immaculate and they earned my trust.

The new roof and gutters are beautiful! And best of all - no more leaks! Unfortunately, most of the replaced wood cannot be seen, but the visible work is excellent. Going forward, we would only use Dave for any roofing related problems and would highly recommend Advanced Roofing.

The workers showed up on time and worked through the day, and came back a second day to finish up.  They cleaned up so that you wouldn't know anyone was there.  It looks great and no leaks!

Great! The crew was great, and their workmanship outstanding. Can't tell you how many compliments I've gotten!

David arrived on time at start of job. Gave complete schedule of things to be done and what to expect.  Workers were fast, clean & efficient.  Clean up went great, never knew they were here and the roof looks fantastic. 100% happy from estimate to completion.

Dave and his crew did a great job. The roof and copper
chimney flashing look terrific. We needed to install soffit vents in the older
part of our house but were concerned that they wouldn?t match the continuous
soffit vents of our newer addition. Dave used a clever product called SmartVent
that?s not visible from the ground, and we didn?t have to worry about
mismatched vents. The crew took special pains to protect our recent paint job
and new gutters and did a good thorough cleanup at the end. A few days
after the work was finished, we noticed a patch of brick dust that the rain
wasn?t able to wash off on the side of the house near one of the chimneys. Dave
himself came over and climbed up there and washed it off. This is a man who
really takes pride in his work. Karen, in the office, was very helpful and our
messages always got through. Highly recommended.

They were very responsive, professional, careful and left worksite immaculate. It is too soon to comment as to the longevity of their work but we have every confidence that it will last a long time. The owner makes himself very accessible and personally oversaw our job. Would definitely recommend them.

David and his crew did an amazing job on my roof and chimney.  On one of the days the weather was 90+ degrees and the crew worked non-stop.  I was very impressed with the professionalism and every thing was left very clean after the work was completed.  I have the best looking roof and chimney on my street.

Very well. David and his crew were very professional and considerate of our property. They left our site spotless every evening before they left.

Although hampered by the rain for most of the summer, Advanced Roofing was still able to complete the repair we discussed.  During the repair, the representative noted another area of concern that we might want to address in the future.  We appreciated his advice and no pressure offer of future assistance.
