It went wonderfully. Jim arrived perfectly on time for my estimate, and provided a through inspection of my electrical box. He patiently showed me the problems and explained to me what was wrong in my circuit box, gave me a very fair quote, and did a fast, professional job in fixing the existing problems. He also moved my sump pump and sprinkler system to a dedicated breaker. I couldn't be more happy with the work and will not hesitate to recommend him to friends who need electrical work.

During the quoting process, Jim came in and viewed the whole system as well as asked important questions about our electrical. Not only was his quote reasonable, but he explained exactly what he thought was needed for the job and any extra that may or may not be needed. Others that had quoted previously, didn't do any of this. Because of this, I immediately decided on Jim. Even booking the service, Jim did everything at my convenience. During install he took his time and let me know before he made any changes that would interrupt my day as well as giving periodic updates of his progress. Once completed he explained how everything worked and how inspection will go. I will 100% hire Jim again for any electrical needs. Reasonably priced, honest and transparent about the work needed and does a great job!

I needed to have two new 20 amp outlets installed. Not only was the work done in a timely professional manner at a reasonable price; but every detail was communicated and accounted for in a way which inspires confidence. Everything is well organized, plumb, level, and labeled properly; excellent work.
