They were exceptional. Laura's design was perfect and Bruce's attention to detail went above and beyond.

The bathroom was approximately about 10 grand. We didn't have any problems.

Everything went as planned. This is the second time I have used this contractor and have recommended Bruce to family and friends. One bathroom was totally gutted. Both received new showers, toilets, custom vanities; one a shower. All new plumbing, lighting, flooring, painting. Everything was done in a timely fashion and prior to the holidays. I live alone and was out of work. I chose this time because they were not busy at the time. It worked out fine. All the workers were efficient, friendly and neat. It is unfortunate that I don't have any other rooms to remodel. They did my kitchen in the summer.

Met Bruce and Laura at a home design show. Set up a free consultation. They were punctual at each meeting. During measurements, We mutually discussed ideas. They returned after about a week with a computer rendering of the new kitchen. I did not do a complete overhaul. No new floors or ceiling work and did not change layout. Laura and Bruce had great ideas and we worked together well. They left me with the plans and a quote. I took some time to think about it and contacted them a couple weeks later to confirm that I would like to hire their company. I was impressed that they only work on one job at a time so your home is their only priority. They came to my home together three times and finally with a contract. Payment plan is easy as it is done in installments.Most contact was through email and response was immediate. Phone calls came later when work was started and deadlines for ordering supplies was crucial. Communication was extremely easy.Laura recommended the appliance company and they were terrific! They recommended the tile and granite stores, also very nice people to work with and extremely knowledgeable. I was extremely impressed by their sheetrocker. Bruce and Laura have great contractors and made everything easy. Laura has great design ideas and helped me through my panic modes.All work was done on time each day. Every contractor came when expected. The people were friendly and efficient. They worked neatly and were respectful of the house.Everyone was easy to talk to and my advice is just don't be afraid to talk to your contractor. They work for you. Bruce was always welcoming as were the contractors--electrician, sheetrocker. The work was completed within the time frame expected...less than 2 weeks. They had to special order some glass doors and shelves which took about a month longer but I did not have a deadline. Bruce came out immediately to complete.Also, if I found a little crooked drawer, Bruce came out to tweak the drawer, or cabinet or switch a knob. Never any trouble. I have been recommending their work to all my friends and family and will be talking with them about remodeling at least two more bathrooms!
