We had a tree fall on our chimney and crack it. Matt responded quickly to our call and gave us a very reasonable written proposal within a week. He began the job on the agreed date and arrived to work at the stated times. The job had a few problems which he dealt with professionally. Despite having to do extra work to connect the liner to the furnace duct, Matt did not charge us extra. Customer satisfaction is important to Matt and he takes pride in his work. Each day Matt cleaned the work area. He has a very easy going personality and does not get upset when a problem arises. The repair was done in a timely manner and we are very satisfied with his work.

Matt completed the work as described above in a timely manner. The job was done professionally and he even put a dye in the mortar to match the existing mortar. He takes pride in his work and thoroughly cleans up the job site.
