I wasn't happy with him at all.  I just had a plumber come over and look at the sink that was done.  It was WilsonArt, the smooth surface stone laminate.  He sent over workers that would drill on the wrong side of the cabinet.  I bought cherry cabinets.  He would drill a hole in the wrong side of the cabinet and then fill it with wood puddy.  Then he had to drill it where the actual hole had to go. When I asked him to replace some of the doors because they had white marks in some of the doors and he was not happy about replacing them.  I also showed him the marks that his workman did with the wood filler, when you pay for cherry cabinets you expect not to have them with wood filler. The kitchen came out great because my friend who is an Interior designer helped with it.  But it was not done in the best.  We met with him and I said I would like to see these door replaced and he put thresholds down that were marble.  Everything in the kitchen was cherry so you needed to have wood thresholds.  He was probably a little irritated because I want some perfection and he felt that he wasn't going to do it.  He said he wasn't going to hold up to the warranty and we paid him everything that we owed him but we withheld $800 until he would come in and do the different cabinet doors.  He just said forget it.  He said I'm not coming out to finish any of the work until you pay the $800.  I said I'm not paying that until you come and do what you promised to do.  I don't know what kind of a warranty I still have, although they are lifetime cabinets hardware.  I don't want to call him for anything.  He definitely did not make good on what he had promised he was going to do.  Several years later I called him because there were some knobs that were cracking, it was a really decision to go through him and I would not recommend him.  He was supposed to have done the plumbing as well and ever since he did the plumbing I have had water pressure that has been limited on the cold water side.  I don't have good water pressure even to this day.  Now I have to pay for a plumber to come and see what he did wrong.  I'm not happy with him.  I just paid so much money for what I thought was quality stuff and to see the sink crackling like that and it's solid surface.

They have remodeled 2 bathrooms for us and will be tackling the kitchen in a few months.  Quality work, reasonable price, excellent communication.
