Corbett and his crew were OUTSTANDING! We have a beautiful historic home that was built in 1855 and have been working to upgrade key pieces of our home, including replacing two furnaces and adding AC. Corbett has truly been exceptional and he is on our shortlist of first calls for work on our home.

After being charged $957.15 to get my furnace functional (gave the company a $1500 cap) I found out that the furnace should have never been fired back up in the first place. The fire box had disintegrated, and we were close to burning the house down. Thank God it was a Saturday afternoon 2 days after the initial work was done, and we were awake when the house started smelling like sulfur. Company never came back to repair or discuss options. Guess they don’t like hearing from angry homeowners. This angry home owner doesn’t like being told she’s looking for charity. New furnace is being installed as I type this and the company can’t even use the parts that were installed because they were done incorrectly. $600 in labor, $300 in parts. 2 days. New company came in and actually inspected the problem and flat out told us there was no way they were turning the furnace on. Didn’t want us to die. My next step will be to contact the BBB and consumer protection.

Corbett HVAC came to my location within 2 hours of contact, and diagnosed the problem immediately. The parts needed were ordered right after diagnosis. As soon as they came in, Corbett HVAC was at my location the next day, and within a short period of time had all repairs completed. The unit is working perfectly, saving me close to $2,000 in replacement costs, I have recommended their services to two of my friends, and will have them service my central AC unit in another of my properties. I have nothing but to give the highest recommendation for this company. So glad to have found them
