You should see the disaster. Sloppy, unfinished work. Floor is uneven. Contractor was a friend at the time and directed me to go with more pricey tiles from a specialty store he does business with stating they were better quality. Eight years later I have loose tiles, cracked tiles and entire floor needs to be redone
