Unprofessional in every way from the office staff to the service. I was trapped into using their services with no way of getting out. They pushed their product on me making it seem like I had won something. When in fact I had made the biggest mistake of my life. The service representative, who did not officially work for the company, did not explain anything and said I could opt out with no problem. Later, I found out I could not. When I talked to the president of the company he was rude and unrelenting. Certainly if customer service is ignored by the top, what does that say for the rest of the company. I would highly recommend anyone avoid this highly suspicious and desperate company.

THE SYSTEM IS OVER SENSITIVE. THE CATS MANAGE TO SET IT OFF WHENEVER THEY ARE IN THE HOUSE. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME TO INSTALL IT. THEY WERE VERY POLITE TO US AND WE GOT ALONG FINE.
