Description of Work: My "repair" turned out to be a diagnostic service for which I was charged a reasonable fee. The television tested as operating normally. Roche advised that I re-boot my cable box and check the connections between the box and my TV. I did both and problem was resolved. Considering the large number of sets waiting to be serviced or picked up (shop is very small), I understand not getting a promised phone call when the work was done. Staff were business-like but courteous, and they even carried my TV to my car when I came to pick it up.

 + -1 moreI have no dislikes. I like their promptness and professionalism. They did good work. They are personable, professional and they were on time. They called ahead to make sure I was ready when they were on the way. They did everything right.
Description of Work: They had to replace a digital mirror chip. It was a service part and labor. The part was warrantied by Mitsubishi.
