We are very satisfied with his service and would use him again.
Mike was careful to minimize the time we were without gas (he needed to shut it off at the meter). He made sure gas was getting to the dryer and our other appliances. He cleaned up after himself. He seemed to operate quickly and efficiently. His work looked good to our eyes (we are not plumbers). Mike was easy to talk with; generally, doing business with him was a pleasure.
The entire experience was smooth and professional. The work just got done.
When the folks who sold us the dryer later came to finish the installation (vent, leveling, testing, etc.) they complimented Mike's work, saying he used good materials and routed the gas line the best way. They thought his work much better than average.
