Almost a scam. Appear to be a local shop on the web but believe they're really in Calif. What they do is turn around and order through a local shop. They don't ever answer their phone or return messages. The arrangement I ordered for my wife for our anniversary to be delivered to Her at work, didn't arrive until long after she had left for the day. It was delivered by a local shop who said they had just received the order a short time before through a florist's network.

I am Kim's Flower Shop at 730 Silas Deane Hwy. in Wethersfield CT!!!! Not Kim's Florist in whatevertown USA. There is a big difference in the two. So before you put a rating on something make sure you have the correct information. That is what you get for not calling a local florist!!!
