Hartford Safe and Lock, Inc. has been in business for 75 years. We pride ourselves on customer service. We care about our customers. When I took over about 20 years ago I made it clear to my employees that "you are to treat the customer the way you would want to be treated"

We are Connecticuts Safe Experts. We sell American Security Products and Gardall Safes. We open and Repair all brands of safes. We sell, install and service anything that is locking. The only thing we don't do is Automotive Locksmithing.

I called again in the afternoon and was told they were too busy to send someone until after 3, at which time it would be considered a nighttime call and the price jumped from 100 to 250! When I repeated what I'd been told in the morning, I was called a liar.
I will never call these shysters again.
