I would definitely use them again. It's hard when you have three dogs bouncing around the waiting time seems to be longer than it is. I wouldn't say that they are always on time. If your appointment is at 2:15, it's within 15 minutes. The vet interacts with the pets very well. I would absolutely recommend them.

I have been going to Double A Veterinary Hospital for the past few years for the medical care of my two elderly cats. I have found the vets at Double A to be caring, knowledgeable, and professional. Both cats were quite old, and each died this past year at age 16. So during this past year I went to Double A many times, and saw many of the vets that worked there. The vets were always gentle with my cats, explained various medical options and recommendations carefully, and never pushed unnecessary tests or treatments. They were very realistic about what could and could not be done for my cats (which I greatly appreciated) and this helped me to figure out what I could do to make my cats happiest in their last months. Now sadly my kitties are gone, but I have no regrets or worries that I should have done more for them, and I attribute this in large part to the support I received at Double A.

Double A is THE BEST! The doctors and staff are totally committed to their role in taking care of your pets but also providing support to the owners when the news may not be good. Their fees are very reasonable and they also give senior discounts which is a big help to those of us that are living on a fixed-income. I cannot say enough about their professionalism and compassion for their clientele.

Dr. Autorino sprang into action exactly as if this was an emergency room, and literally saved his life. After treatment and recuperation, he was able to be successfully adopted into a loving new home. The only "down" side to Dr. Autorino is that as her reputation has grown, it is harder and harder to get an appointment!
