Shane Burns absolutely knows his trade down to a "T". He took the time to run me through the 20 point inspection and diagnosis of the actual problem, which happened to be that the A/C unit was low on freon. The result was like night and day. Never did I feel I was being taken advantage. Rather quite the opposite because of his thorough explanation of how things work and how I can maintain the HVAC unit in order to minimize service cost in the future.
His company will definitely be my recommendation for all friends and family.

Shane responded to my call quickly, His crew came out that same day and determined the problem and fixed it. Not only did they fix the leaky AC unit, they were patient with me and my husband. When I explained that my husband couldn't go into the attic to check on it, Shane came by himself to go into the attic. Shane and his crew are "good people". They are professional, courteous, and reliable. The cost was more than fair. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone!

Amazing fast clean Shane helped handle everything with the insurance company I had zero issues. I never felt like any short cuts were taken. It was nice knowing Shane was either doing the work each day or at least on site working on a different project. I had a lower quote from one other contractor but there were a lot of spots that could have made that more expensive. Shane's quote was right on. Highly recommend this company !!!

It went extremely well! It started with the company being on time. The gentleman was very personable and you could tel was very competent and knowledgable. The work was completed quickly and he didn't make a mess. There were no surprises when it came time to pay the bill, very smooth transaction. I would definitely recommend this company!

Excellent they installed two different types of A/C units in my house 4 years ago and they have worked great. The crew was friendly, efficient, and professional. They are detail oriented and cleaned up when they were done. Would definitely recommend them.

In my experience with Shane, owner/operator of Burns Heating and Cooling, I found him to be a straight shooter.  Shane and crew were prompt and never cancelled an appointment.  His quoted price was nearly spot on and didn't bill me for extras.  It was nice to work with a contractor with integrity and transparency, qualities all home owners look for in a service provider.  When Shane and crew were done for the day my home was left neat and clean, probably cleaner then when they got there.  After the install, Shane responded to my home for a service call... free of charge, and was always available to answer questions.  Shane is a true professional who provides quality work at a good price and I would strongly recommend Burns Heating and Cooling to all potential customers.
