I have used BD Plumbing several times over the past 10 years, and have always been extremely satisfied. My current experience was no exception. Rob showed up on time, did a great job, took less time than he had estimated (and therefore charged me less than he had estimated), and disposed of the old toilet and packing materials from the new toilet for me. The guys from BD are always professional and polite. I find them to be very honest and above board. If they say that something needs fixing or replacing, I can trust that it truly does.

John was very punctual both for the estimate and work appointments. He was extremely polite and professional. The work was done within the time expected and without complications or additional expenses.

I called on Monday and described the work, they called on Tuesday to schedule an appointment for Wednesday, John performed the work on Wednesday. John had to drive to Windsor Wednesday morning, during rush hour to pick up the drill and was running late - he called at 8 AM which was 30 minutes before he was scheduled to arrive at my house - I very much appreciated the notice. The work was completed very satisfactorily and the pump has had a good workout the last several days. John replaced the value on the expansion tank.

My overall experience with this company was good. The only issue I had was that for the first appointment I made, nobody showed up because of an emergency call. My problem was not an emergency so that was fine. I just would've liked a call letting me know that he needed to reschedule.

THE PLUMBER WE HAD BEFORE THEM WAS GOING TO TAKE THE WHOLE CEILING OUT BUT THEY ONLY HAD TO REPLACE A NUT THAT CONNECTED THE DRAIN TO THE PIPE. SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR THEIR SERVICES IF IT IS NOT AN EMERGENCY.
