Company installed new gas furnance and airconditior 2 years ago. Due to a faulty soldier joint connection at the elbow, the condenser had been slowly losing liquid since the company installed. Few months ago they had to come out to repair. Company also did not correctly soldier the gas lines in my basement when they installed unit. Gas was slowly leaking into basement for 6 months. Placing my family at serious risk of illness. CNG made an emergency trip to my house to fix the faulty work. When installed airconditioner, they did not level it on the floor. Been dealing with water leaks continously. Summary - Company did not do the proper testing when installing the gas and freon lines and should have made sure the airconditioner was level.

I HAVE BEEN USING THEIR COMPANY FOR MANY YEARS NOW, SO IT GOES WITHOUT SAYING THAT THEY DO GOOD WORK. USUALLY THEY JUST OIL THE MOTOR, CHANGE THE FILTERS, AND MAKE SURE WE HAVE FUEL OIL.

I HAVE USED THEM FOR APPROXIMATELY 26 YEARS AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THEM. THEIR STAFF IS VERY COURTEOUS AND CLEANS UP WELL AFTER THEMSELVES. THE WORK PERFORMANCE OF THIS COMPANY IS EXCELLENT.
