What's Next remolded our Bathroom and replaced the plumbing in 1 week.  The contractors were good, on time & pleasant.

Fiona and her crew were absolutely fantastic: knowledgeable, reliable, and resourceful.  The work itself was performed on time, the crew had a great work ethic and were clean and tidy.  They were flexible with making adjustments as issues arose with this old house.  We needed a couple of extra things done after the project started, and they recommended additional things that had to be fixed as well.  They were extremely responsible and got everything done quickly and when promised.

We are happy with how everything turned out and have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them to others.

It went very well.  The came on time and worked hard. They were considerate, doing their best to interfere with our life as little as possible.  They did many small extra things that I really appreciated.

Fiona and the crew were just the best! The work was phenomenal. The attention to detail was  unprecedented. If you look at the media section on the page I am the upstate NY client. I originally asked Fiona to bring her crew upstate because I had been through a series of contractors  who either took my money and did not show up...or just did unsatisfactory work. That was two years ago. The crew now comes up twice a year to do all the maintenance to the  house exterior (siding, painting, repairs), and any remodel/renovation I put on their plate. You name it- they do it well! The prices are very fair. The communication is top notch. The crew will be back this summer to repair old decking and design a new decking addition. Not only are they doing the work but I am relying on their creativity in the design phase. The house is over 120 years old and as you can imagine no job is as simple as it first appears- What's Next meets all the challenges that come up. I highly recommend them!
