It is impossible to cancel an order, even if you never received the merchandise. They would not cancel the order whatever be the situation. I made the whole purchase through my credit card even though it said cash on delivery at the top. Two days later I changed my mind and that furniture was in stock. It wasn?t to be delivered for two more weeks and I called to cancel. At the store they told me that they had no authority to cancel an order. They gave me the telephone of two brothers who owned it. They never answered the phone. So I left a message. When I finally spoke with the owner, he said that it was against their policy. He refused it absolutely. Two months later I went to the Better Business Bureau and to the credit card company, but nothing turned happened to my satisfaction. They didn?t have it in stock anymore when I was ready for the delivery. I had to wait almost till September for it.
