The work was performed on schedule = punctual. Ismael was easy to get in touch with via phone and email = responsive. He came out very quickly to review the work site, sent a quote promptly, and it only took a week between the time we accepted the quote and the work was started.
The only glitch in it all was that only the floors on the 1st and 2nd floors were scheduled to be done, but his team mistakenly sanded and scraped our 3rd floor floors also, thus they had to be resurfaced as well. This was somewhat stressful, since we had not planned / budgeted to do the 3rd floor this year. Ismael was extremely apologetic about the mix-up and we were pleased with his professionalism about it since he offered to fix the mistake at no charge to us (and they did fix / resurface those floors). Very professional way to deal with the mistake.
If we need work done on the wood floors again, we would hire him again.
