The job was done to specifications, on time, and with a coureous and professional attitude.  We wish that this company would have responded to our calls a few months after the work was done regarding some pitting in the driveway, and pooling at the apron.  It seems as if "Walter"  is in the process of handing off the business to his sons.  This is a well-respected company in town, but this may be the new breed of professionalism that is lacking a personal touch.

After agreeing what I thought was a reasonable price, Walt and his son, Lou, began work, only to discover water-damage below the driveway. They recommended a special drainage system and, with my driveway ripped up and nowhere else to turn, I had no choice but to have them do the work at a huge incremental cost. At this point I feel that they really took advantage of me price-wise. On top of which, after completing the majority of the job, there was some trim work that they promised to come back and finish, but, despite repeated calls from me, they never did. Son, Lou, came across as very competent and cordial at first, but I realized after 5 months of non-response, both he and his father are unscrupulous business people. I would recommend that prospective customers avoid these guys at any cost!

I signed up to do the job in July 2006 with the understanding that they were to do the paving in the fall after I finished doing additional work on my walkway first. The following month after numerous unreturned calls I was finally able to schedule a day, they came on the agreed upon date and completed the job in 2 days. I should have been suspicious then at their lack of response but assumed that they were very busy, as I am coming up to the 1 yr mark I've noticed a few cracks developing in my "new" driveway, which was to be covered under my 1 yr warranty. To date I have left numerous messages detailing my problem and as expected have not received a call back.
