Exterior Painting
$7,500
Flavio Lazaro "sold" his company to his friend Victor Tarniovi. The letterhead and stationary is EXACTLY the same except for two letters in the company's name so he could get a new CT license. They act as if they don't know each other but there was proof. Because they leave bak to Brazil during the winter, they cannot e contacted half of the year, just in time for the lousy work to start showing. They have two listings on Angie's list and label themselves under pairing, carpentry, etc. they do not honor ANY contract work and they should give a guarantee for 3 months because that's how long the job looks good for. Painting over rotting wood and having two different shades on a house is lousy work to say the least.

Exterior Painting, Pressure Washing + 1 more
$1,500
They had competitive pricing, but did horrible work.  They used the wrong paint on the door, the windows had streaks, and it cost twice as much to have the door repaired than it did to have Lazaro's paint it.  Ultimately, we had to fire them.
