"As the owner of a 35 year old company, that has satisfied the most demanding clients with many challenging projects, including many, many fortune 500 company executives from New York to Palm Beach! I would say that this is the first go bad situation. There are problems on projects from time to time, but most clients are reasonable and we will work together to find a solution. We cannot help with family disputes or when husband and wives cannot agree on a design element or choices. This was its a no-win situation for both parties and it was time to call it quits. We are sorry it could not have a happier ending because our design was exciting and we helped out the party with unrelated issues on their property at no charge."
