• The Company rep phoned me back when I made an enquiry.  He was able to come out to do an estimate in a couple of days (competitors werene't available for at least a week).  He was very professional and personable.  When the team came they used water, washers and squeegees (not just spraying water), which we felt was the best approach.  We were very pleased with the result.

John is extremely professional.  He showed up on time for an estimate and then on the agreed upon date with others to do the job.  John and his crew were all careful, diligent and very neat, outside and inside.  They brought to our attention any pre-existing damage.  We will use him in the future and happily recommend him to others.

John and his team were great.  Our scheduled time was several weeks out since I called right in the middle of what is probably their busiest season.  However, John returned calls very promptly and did offer to squeeze us in earlier..  They had been to my house before when the previous owners lived there, so John was able to look up the house info and give me a quote right over the phone.  He called to confirm a day prior, was on time, and his team was very professional and courteous (eg, took shoes off before coming inside - something I don't insist on but the gesture was much appreciated).  They did a great job and I couldn't believe how quickly and thoroughly they cleaned everything.  I will definitely be calling on them again next time.

After the painters and carpenters were finished powerwashing, painting and doing carpentry on the window trim, sills, etc., as well as reglazing all of our old windows on the house, I desparately needed someone to come and clean just the outside of the double-hung windows as soon as possible because I was going to have people come and install new window air conditioners.  I had already cleaned the storm windows and screens myself so I just wanted the outside of the windows and the 2 three-season porch skylights done.  I was grateful that John agreed to fit me into his busy schedule and he got them done in no time and they looked great.

The team showed up at the agreed upon time and immediately got to work.  They are extremely professional, friendly and careful in performing the work.  I have used them in the past and will continue to use them in the future.  John and his crew are a pleasure to work with.

They were fairly quick, they had 4 people here. They didn't cut any corners. They were timely and efficient. They did a really nice job because our windows were filthy.

John's initial response to our call was prompt.  He quickly came to give a price at our home.  The work was done within a few days.  The work was excellent, fast, and clean. 

We could not have been happier. John arrived one day to give us an estimate of the cost of washing the windows in our house. We had heard good things so we agreed to go with him. We made an appointment. He and his 4 workers showed up promptly and got to work. They took off the screens, washed the inside and outside of the windows. Immaculate is a word that applies here! Ladders were used to get to the second floor windows. Great attitude and work ethic. All the work was done in half a day and our house looks great. We will definitely use them again. Courteous and professional.

Showed up a little early (which was fine with me!) and three people worked for about 5 hours. They did an excellent job and left the place spotless. Anything that had to be moved to access a window was put back in place. They had special ladders to reach all the crazy heights of my windows, including 4 skylights on a cedar roof.

We have a large two story colonial and the windows hadn't been cleaned in at least 10 years. They were prompt, professional and completed in a timely manner. They even took off their shoes inside. They were extremely courteous. No mess was left behind. While the price seemed a little high, they told us that because the windows were so dirty, they had to charge extra, but in subsequent cleanings they would charge $100 less. I felt I got good value for the money we spent.

Everything went just great. They were really good, very prompt. They were very helpful because I was kind of in a rush, and they were able to help me out right away. I will definitely use them again. They were very courteous, and careful with things inside my house.

The whole process went very well. After calling them, I received a verbal quote over the phone with a few days and decided to use them. They accommodated my schedule needs and showed up exactly when they said they would. Their estimated time for completion was met. While they had to work inside the house, they did not get in the way and we didn't notice they were around.

Delightful experience. John (the owner) came by to personally quote out the price. On the day of the job he arrived precisely on time with 4 people total who made fast, clean and professional work of the job. They were clean and respectful of my belongings inside. Everything sparkles!

I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH HARD WORKING WINDOW CLEANERS WHO TOOK SUCH PRIDE IN THEIR WORK. THERE WERE 3 PEOPLE. I WAS HAPPY WITH THE CLEAN WINDOWS. THEY BROUGHT ALL THE EQUIPMENT THEY NEEDED.
