Both the natural gas heat and the central air work well. One thing that does not work is that we cannot cool both the upstairs and downstairs simultaneously. Discovered this after we paid in full, and got no response to inquiring how to rectify. The project took way too long to complete at 4+ months, even considering Sandy. Communication was poor. We were not told that it would be an extra $3000 for a carpenter to build a covering around the duct work they put in.
Description of Work: We used this company for central air and natural gas heating.
