 + -1 moreIT WAS VERY GOOD, AN "A". HE WAS PROMPT. I KNEW NOTHING ABOUT THE COMPUTER AND HE FIXED THE PROBLEM I HAD. HE BROUGHT IT BACK WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD. HE WENT THROUGH WHAT HE DID WITH ME. I COULD CALL HIM ANYTIME I NEED HIM. I FELT VERY SECURE THAT HE WAS HONEST AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.
Description of Work: I'M NOT COMPUTER SAVVY, BUT MY COMPUTER WASN'T WORKING. HE PROGRAMMED IT AND GOT RID OF SOME BAD STUFF. IT'S WORKING NOW THAT HE REVAMPED IT.
