The installation went fine but months later we had leaks and water stains from them surrounding the skylight. I called and spoke with
the woman who answers the phone several times. She says her husband, who did the installation, would call to schedule an appointment. When I finally got him to come, it was about a month later and he said the weather was too hot to reinstall the skylight properly under the 2nd layer of asphalt shingles on or roof without damaging them. He asked if he could come back and do it when he would be in the area to do another job in two weeks. I made him promise I would not have to make more calls to try and reach him and he assured me he would just come and do it. I didn't even have to be here as it was all outside work. I waited all summer and he did not come. I've left multiple messages and get only the voicemail saying they'll call right back but never do.

They are like skylights but they are a tube that goes through the roof. They were very good on the phone, she got back to me with estimates and emailed me all of the options. They were very responsive. When I went to pick it up her husband showed me how to put them together and showed me the ones they have installed there. Their prices were very reasonable and I love the product. I had them installed in a dark hallway and I haven't had to use an electric light during the day since installing them.
