ACE PLUMBING SEWER & DRAIN

An answering service takes your call, and they are very prompt in returning the call and scheduling.  I was not given a quote since "Steve" told me they are unable to do that until they see the extent of the work.  When the plumber, Jose, cameto the house, he said the cost was $675.  My husband told him that price was too high considering all parts were there and the most he would be adding was PVC pipe.  He then said $575.  Still no. He called his boss who said $525, then $475.  At this point, my husband is highly annoyed and said that he does not expect to play 'let's make a deal' and that he would call another plumber.  Ultimately, we paid $385 plus tax.
In August 2012, we called them back because the sink was leaking.  They wanted to charge us, but the plumber, Jose, called the boss and told him  "no".  We'll see how long it holds us until it leaks again.
All in all, it was a bad experience and I would not recommend this company.  Their flexible pricing scheme, proves that they don't have fixed rates, and will try to over-charge the customer if they can. .
