I was not pleased with either one. They were relatively prompt but they're was a whole lot of gaps in the typing and awful amount of money that we spent on the service. I felt the quality was terrible. It was not easy to do the work, which I understand, but I should of stopped after the first job. I used her for the second job and overall, I was not happy. I felt like I could transcribed the tapes myself.
