Excellent.  Job was done efficiently, professionally, and for a great price.  House was power-washed, scraped, sanded, primed, and painted with two coats of quality paint.

There simply were no snags in this job, as described above. He appeared each day on time, worked hard, made runs to pick up supplies, took a short lunch break and then continued. I'd say he is a product of "old world" workmanship and work ethic. We definitely plan to use Sal again. (he is currently installing new kitchen cabinets for another owner in the condo). There truly are no "don'ts" here. The tile installation and mirrored doors are gorgeous!
