miracle with this basket-case laptop. I
thought that since it is six years old perhaps it was just worn out. Richard ran test after test and found an
incredible amount of malware and other problems. He ran a lot of diagnostic software, persisting in
cleaning up this badly infected laptop. I’m sure anyone else would have
given up and told me to buy a new
computer. Richard was able to clean
up and restore my laptop to a level of
performance I don’t remember since it was new, all without losing any data at
all.
RHFtech has been my
go-to IT assistance company for several years, but always that was for
installation, set up, not serious
repair. Before I found RHFtech I had
used a number of computer technicians over many years and none were very good. RHFtech is outstanding, the best in our
area, if not the entire state. Richard
can pick and deliver your computer or, where possible he can diagnose and
fix a problem remotely. It depends on
the issue. He is always on time and responds promptly to
emails or voice messages.
Overall his work and expertise is terrific.
