Worst service all scam

Service was great. Weekly maintenance kept the pool clean and sparkling all summer. Response when we had a repair need was immediate and well done!

The new surface tiles are chipped all along that they were cut. the tile on the steps are sloppy and not aligned. The plasters are latchy. I had to find and buy the new patio stones because the replacement of the cooping stones were sized differently than the old ones. Finally at pool filling day the owner Marcelo was drinking beers on my pool deck while the crew did not meet the time for the water fill. I have another fee from the water company and I have to pick up their beer caps after they left. Too many issues to lift! Poor communication, poor scheduling, poor job. I have raised my concern both angi and Marcelo and that most offered $1800 for a $35000 job. Still not resolved. Thought i was protecting myself by using angi for their happiness guarantee but I only heard crickets. DO not make my mistakes and considered yourself warned.
