As of February 29, 2012, I had to have another service call for my washer. After 6 months, my washer would not get to the correct speed in either mode for washing, rinsing, or spinning dry. The belt was not adjusted by OTS Appliances so the motor mount was not adjusted by would not slide properly to allow the motor to change speeds. Another repairman came today and made the adjustments that should have been made when the belt was replaced. He made sure the motor mount could adjust to change speeds. The new serviceman told me that if I would have continued to use my washer as it was, I would have burned up the motor.
