They found the leak immediately and went to supply store to get part. Repaired condenser in the rain. A/C system recharged with R22 and working beautiful. Saved me thousands of dollars vs. other companies (Santa Fuel) trying to sell me NEW a new R410a system when this works fine. Highly recommend this company!

Second time I used this company and am still very happy with their service.  In the middle of a heat wave, my air conditioner stopped working.  MTL was timely, professional and reasonable with the price of the fix.

Mike's a good guy.  Clean cut, communicates well, takes time to explain the work.  His helper Phil also is the same.  Mike communicates by email and by phone, very responsive.  Good prices, easy to schedule with him, quality of work is top notch.  No cut corners, treats the house like his own.  Showed up 15 minutes early and the utility room in our basement where he was working was swept clean when he was done.  Very happy with the work, I expect to use him again if we should need to.
