He showed up promptly for the first meeting, at no charge. We spent around an hour touring the small property and discussing what existed presently, what I was dreaming could be done, and what actually might be accomplished with my budget.
He knew he had been contacted through Angie's List.
Having not heard from him, I left him a message a month later, stating  while I hated to leave bad reviews, I could not exactly leave a good one at this point. He called back within 24 hours, apologized (stating medical issues). Then said he promised to get back to me shortly.
It's now a month later 8/26/2013 and I have not heard from him at all. I will not be chasing him again.

Response from Ivy League Landscaping
"On August 1. I sent an e-mail with the proposal attached to the customer. I did not hear from her since then and assumed she did not want to wait considering I was late in getting back to her. This response section does not allow me to cut and paste items so i'm not sure how I can provide proof. I have the e-mail and attachment saved so i would be happy to send them to Angies list for review. Once again I do apologize for not getting back to [member name removed] sooner, but I did not receive the e-mail back saying her address wasn't correct. Perhaps it ended up in the junk mailbox. Please let me know how I can provide proof that this was sent. Thanks, Justin Grande Owner"

The crew showed up and performed the work in a timely manor.  The patio and firepit were done very quickly.   The pizza oven took a little longer due to the nature of the construction, there were cure times for several conrete "phases" that caused the total build time to take a little over a month, but the work was of exceptional quality and worth the wait. Again, I was very impressed with justins knowledge of pizza ovens, and he also shared with me valuable information as to how to cure the oven properly and cook in it.  we were very happy with our results and use the pizza oven often.
