DON'S TREE REMOVAL & LANDSCAPE

I used Don's in the past and they did excellent service this time however was anything but. It took three weeks to get the job done I kept being told dates they where going to be out and they didn't show up. I had to call them they would never call to cancel or say they where delayed. When the did finally show up the worker had no idea what the job was and had to leave to get more equipment and personal. They came back later that day to grind the stump but left all the shavings in yard and a mess. When I called the next day to ask when they where going finish the job and remove the debris and lay dirt in the hole was told they didn't even know it was ground and would be a few days. I explained that was unacceptable and after demanding it get fixed was told they would be out by 3pm that day to finish. They never showed up again. I contacted them on the next day and told them it had to be done or would hire another company. It was finally finished although not as stated in the contract laid grass seed when not suppose to but at this point just wanted out of here. They kept trying to use weather as the reason for delay which I can understand but weather does not prevent calling and explaining delays and not showing up when you say you are. I would not recommend this company which before I highly recommended something has changed over there. The small time customer does not mean anything to them now.

I phoned Don's landscape for an estimate and walk about appointment. The woman I spoke to was very nice and gave me a date approximately 1 week out. Paul was on time and very knowledgable. He appraised not only the work intended but we discussed other issues with other surrounding trees and plants. We made an appointment for the work to be completed in approximately 2weeks later. They called the day before to confirm and came on time. 2 men and a bucket truck went right to work, completing the job including cleanup in approximately 4 hours. I am very pleased with the work done and will call again to follow up with his suggestions.

Don's Tree Removal and Landscape have reasonable prices. They were very neat and they removed the stump and leveled it with the group. They did a very good job.

The job went really well. They really have professional arborists and staff. They came out first and assessed the work that I needed them to do and answered some of my questions about some trees on my property as I wasn't sure of their general health. The crew that came to do the tree cutting was amazing. They were very fast and very efficient. They cleaned up everything well. They were just 3 relatively small guys and they took down 4 big trees and cut them into reasonable size pieces. They cleaned up the whole yard. They were very good. The crew that came to do the trimming in the front was also very efficient and left my property nice and clean. Their price was fair. They are not the cheapest people around, but their service and the quality of work that they do is very good. They are very responsive. It wasn't a busy time when I called, but I had recommended them to some family members who had some property damage and it went well for them too. They were very punctual. I would use them again in the future if need be.
