YEAR ROUND POWER EQUIPMENT LLC

My wife purchased 2 products for me for Christmas.  A chain saw and a power washer.  1st the chain saw.  It was fueled by gasoline, I wanted an electric chargeable model.  I do not need the gasoline models, I am not a lumber jack, only small household work.  This was bought as a Christmas gift and I approached them the day after.  They reluctantly made the change.
However the 2nd issue was more irritating. My wife also purchased a power washer.  When she purshased it, she was told that the delivery would be made in the spring.  That was fine.  Several months passed and I called and inquired about the delivery.  I got the same excuses from them; the town where I live is out of there 'market area'.  If that was so, then why sell the product.  Each time I talked to them, on the phone or in person, they tried to talk us into putting it our vehicle and take it home.  Our vehicles do not have the room for this.  Finally after several more months they did deliver.
Case in point, this retail established is on my 'do not do business with' list.  Buyer beware!

Tried heater,  unable to get good burn.   Not  Year Round  Power Equipment"s Fault. 

We went to Year Round for years and had all of our power equipment serviced there. This last time (and I mean the last time) was to service a 16 year old snow thrower which was leaking from the gear box. We understood that it might mean spreading the machine open and gave our permission for the shop to do that. When we brought it home we discovered that it was still leaking so we brought it right back. What we were told (according to the mechanic's notes) was that "someone" had put regular oil into the gear box. We made it quite clear that that "someone" had to have been them. They were the only people who had ever serviced the machine except for the first year. We were insulted by their insinuation that it was our fault and that they had not corrected the problem. To add insult to injury, it took them a month longer to do the work (or lack of it) than what we were told it would take. Could it be because we're women or because they have a large commercial repair business or they just didn't want to service a 16 year old machine? Guess we'll never know because we have not returned and nver will.

work was done on time without any issues. suggest you have work doneout of season or you could have a 3/4 week  wait. they will tell you this up front.Have used them in the past without any problems.Note work is done in their shop only not on ypur premises.

Work was of ok quality. They took two months to do the work. Total cost was over $220. They charge $40 for pick up and delivery which is excessive. They seemed to nickle and dime me for every part and charged extra for cleaning the carburetor. The job should have been $25 for pick up and $95 for parts and labor. Will never use them again.
