It didn't go well. Fortunately I was able to obtain a second, non-partial opinion from another computer professional. This individual confirmed that what We Care told me was completely false. I was verbally reprimanded when I confronted Avi about it and received a scathing email in response to our conversation. My computer tech was willing to speak with him directly, but Avi was conveniently out of the office when we attempted to speak with him on a conference call. I don't appreciate being told that I and quot;should be ashamed of myselfand quot; for calling him out on this. Unbelievable...
