Ron and his team exceeded my expectations for care and thoroughness. I tried scheduling this job right at the end of the season. Ron was up front about the ways that the work could move forward only if the weather cooperated, and he made me feel confident that he would not proceed if the weather was going to compromise the work. Ron put a large crew on this job and finished quickly while we still had great weather. Ron and his team were complete professionals. They were clean and neat, performed a number of minor repairs to our clapboard home, and went above and beyond-- making sure fixtures and mailbox were painted, cleaning gutters, garage and windows-- all without being asked and without it being specified in the job. The final product looks great. They welcomed my scrutiny, though it wasn't needed. This crew clearly takes pride in their work! This company is not likely to be the least expensive option, but they charge a fair price for the exceptional work they do. I couldn't be more pleased.

Ron and his guys are great. They take no shortcuts, and they really care about the quality of their work. If it needs to be prepped, it will be. If it needs a second coat, it will get it. I've used a number of painters over the years and these guys are in a class by themselves. And they're a pleasure to be around. They clearly like each other, they're good natured, and completely respectful. I just don't know how they could be any better. A++

We can't say enough about the beautiful, ultra-meticulous job that Ron and Hector did here.
They took an embarrassingly stained popcorn ceiling and, with great care and attention to detail, made it look brand new. With the same meticulous care, Ron painstakingly stained the wood around two new windows and make them match the old, surrounding wood precisely. He was so neat and vacuumed so carefully that the floor was actually cleaner after he finished than it was before. In addition to being total perfectionists, these guys are also extraordinarily pleasant and kind, explaining everything in terms that someone who knows nothing about painting can easily understand. We couldn't recommend this company more highly.

I have some really great painters. They've been here so many times. They're very professional and very clean. They treat my house like it's their own house. The main guy always calls and we setup the time. We go through all the game plan and what we want. He always says "I can come this week but I will call you to make sure that all the plans are going through." They have different jobs. He's like "I want to make sure that we're able to finish this other job." He calls when he says he's going to call. He does what he says he's going to do. He's very professional. You get what you pay for. They tend to be a little bit high but you get a lot of value at what they do. They're topnotch. There was a time that there was a flaw because of the humidity inside the house and I noticed that so he came out within a day to repair it and do what he had to do. He followed up and made sure it was okay. He even did some touch-ups while he was here. There was no charge.

First, Totalworks was very cooperative meeting my schedule, both in the beginning of the job when up to 5 painters worked for several days and on a follow-up visit when they touched up minor damage caused by other contractors and painted a bathroom that wasn't part of the original agreement. Ron Martucci, the company's owner, couldn't have been a more reasonable person in helping us meet our goals. His two main workers, Kurt and Al, were excellent painters and great guys to deal with with.
The very thorough job included priming, setting nail holes in wall board, spackling, caulking trim, and applying finish coats. In every aspect, their work was outstanding. (I thought I knew how to paint before I watched this team in action.)
I did not rate the "price" category because I didn't get competitive bids on the project, instead relying on the recommendation of my sheetrocker. While I probably could have found someone less expensive, I feel that it was well worth it both in terms of the professionalism of the team and the finished product.

The workers were fantastic. They were on time and very friendly. They did a superb job painting the house, They went above and beyond what I expected in so many ways, replacing clapboards as needed on the house (after getting my approval), reinstalling holders for my flower boxes, etc... The price was very reasonable, too. I would highly recommend this company.

I called for a quote and the owner Ron Martucci was over in less then 3 Hrs. After excepting the's bid , his crew was at my house 2 weeks later. Ron and his crew of 4 prepared and painted the house in 3 days. The crew took pride in their work and left the area spotless every nite.Would I use Totalworks again? YES they will be painting my family room this spring.

We had our living room and one wall in the dinning room painted, upstairs hallway and all the woodwork trim plus two custom made wall shelves and a fireplace mantel. The cabinets were supposed to be installed, primed but that was not the case and Totalworks stepped right up and gave them two coats of primer and finish satin.

This contractor did an outstanding job of preparing and painting the exterior of an older home sided with cement asbestos shingles, The crew of young men worked efficiently with extreme care, due to the frragility of this type of siding, and provided top grade materials to complete the job on time, to beat the impending cold weather. Everything was protected and the site was left spotless everyday. Ladders were stacked at the end of the day . The crew took pride in their work and were very helpful in suggesting alternate treatments in certain situations. The owner, Ron Martucci, took care of everything promptly and was a pleasure to work with. I would certainly recommend Totalworks to anyone considering refinishing the exterior of their home. I would expect the same results for anyone considering interior work.

Totalworks has provided me with the best experience I've had with any tradesmen I have hired. We have a late 1700's wood sided cape. Lots of old pealing paint much of was lead based.
Ron, the owner gave me complete detales that faced his crew in restoring our siding with the cost for every issue.
Weather permitting , his crew (from 30 miles away) spent 5 days on the job. They were here by 8:00 every morning -small lunch break- and on the job till 5:00.
His pepole even removed our exterior lighting fixtures ,cleaned, painted, and reinstalled them.
Totalworks completed all aspects of the job and left me with not a scrap of debree

Ron is terrific to work with. He comes to work prepared and cleans up every evening before he leaves. He gave me a separate list at the end of the job detailing the cost of paint and other materials so I could see both the labor and material costs. Our powder room was in bad shape and when the worse case scenario proved to be true, Ron called in a plasterer to work on repairing the walls while he continued to paint the other areas of the house. I'm very pleased with the work that he did, and it was a pleasure to work with a good business man and a professional painter.

Once again, we were more than pleased with the work and the result. Ron's large crew was able to get the job done quickly. They were all polite, professional, and very clean. Their work was impeccable. Either Ron or his partner, Dean Perkins, were always on site. If having a crew of 8 people descend on your house for a week can be a pleasure, this was it.
Their prices are on the high end. Not outlandish, but their bid was one of the two highest of 5 bids. But they were worth every penny, for all the potential problems that were avoided. There were NO problems. He also worked with us to stay within our budget. I will hire Ron again in a heartbeat.

It was an excellent experience. He has the right crew and they came in every morning in pouring rain. My house is made of brick and so it had some stucco from last winter. They had the color perfectly and it looks good. They are nice and they do a good job. He had a couple of women painters too. I think he is probably on the higher side of the scale when it comes to price but then I think he was worth the money. I plan to use him in the winter to do the inside.
