Every time I have called, Mark answered the phone himself.  He typically schedules appointments to occur in a day or two.  His fees are very reasonable, and he knows his stuff.  E.g., I was trying to figure out why there was a section of the bathroom wall next to the tub that was rotting, and he explained that the tub had been tilted the wrong way, resulting in water from the shower wall dribbling out of the tub onto the wall (rather than into the tub).  Mark said that he specializes in bathroom remodels and works with a team of professionals to do this--so there is someone to handle walls, tile, etc., along with the plumbing.

Responded quickly, got the job done in a reasonable amount of time, and most of all, does not fool around with pricing. Excellent value when you need someone who will not try to tell you the job is bigger than it really is. I really appreciate feeling like I am doing business with someone who is telling me the truth. Quality work and left workspace nice and clean.

They were fine and good. I didn't shop around so I cannot comment on the price. Their work is holding up well.

Quick and excellent service at a reasonable price. My windshield looks identical to the previous one, down to sun-glare gradient.

Great! I first called Mark (it's just called Sam's Plumbing) because he had done work for my friends, and I wasn't happy with a previous plumber I found through Angie's list. I called because of a leaky radiator, a slow toilet, and a constantly dripping faucet. I was told that the toilet was slow because my old tenant had put bleach tablets in it, something the previous plumber hadn't reported to me, and charged nothing for that. The radiator was fixed quickly. Mark told me that I had two options for the leaky faucet: I could have it fixed, which would be around a hundred dollars, but because it was a cheap system two-handle system it would start leaking again in a few years, or I could have it replaced, which, because of the way it was installed, would mean breaking through the wall and calling in a tile person etc. for 1300. I ultimately chose the more expensive way. The job was done professionally and very well, and right on estimate. By that time, I noticed another leaky radiator, and Mark fixed that for less than the first one. I've already asked Mark back for another job.

I like that when it comes to an appointment, they do an excellent job of trying fitting you in as they are very busy at times. This is they second time I have used them and I have no problems with them at all. There great and I would recommend them to anyone.
