"Hello Sir! This rating seems to be a misunderstanding. Before I left your house I asked about the service performed and if there was anything else that I could do for you. You said that everything was good. also I would like to remind you that you were the one that contacted the HomeAdvisor asking me to come back soon to do the cleaning, I told you about the weather and because of the winter the ground could be frozen making it hard to clean the leaves. Also you tried to save some money and asked me to dump the leaves in your back yard over the fence taking out from the property with my trailer, then we pulled over 15y cubic of leaves up to the hill for 2 days. after your rating I tried to contact your for two days trying to understand what's the problem and you didn't get back to me. Your review doesn't make sense to me, first of all, how can make over 30 people happy and make you so unhappy using the same method and equipment? Thank You and feel free to contact me anytime."

About our your raspberry it was my employee mistake and was the one that told you about it and I said that I could buy another one and replant for your with no charge, actually it was very hard to find this plant but I drove to another state to get it for you, unfortunately you didn't pick up the phone and i couldn't schedule to planting it for you. About your rose bush, i asked you personally and i pointed to the bush asking your where would you like it to be trimmed and I did exactly what you said. All your complains are about the first project that I did for you, at that time you said everything as GREAT, then you asked me to do the back yard 20 days later.
