bought a new upper end couch , had it about 10 months and noticed that it was sagging , I called them and they said they would get back to me , they never called me back , time went by and about 4 months later I called them back , again they said they call me back , NO CALL BACK ever came , called them back and spoke to the manager ( Pedro ) , he checked it out and said that they have no record of me calling , and there is nothing that they are going to do about it , I guess they warrantee it until it breaks , PS , I should have went to Ocean State Job Lot or Big Lots . Thanks PURITAN FURNITURE , you taught me a lesson

Called Puritan in West Hartford to get a price on the special order. Talked to someone who could barely speak English. He said we don't give prices over the phone. I explained to him that we were already in and looked at what they had. We were interested in ordering. He told me it didn't matter. So I then called their Wethersfield location and asked if they could give me a price in Wethersfield because it was closer to my place of work. They said yes no problem. Ran down at lunch and could find no salesmen. They had to page one. Told him I wanted a price on a special order. He looked at my paper for a while and then said they didn't have any price books in Wethersfield and that I needed to go to West Hartford. I couldn't believe it. I have never seen more pathetic incompetent service in all my life. I will never set foot in those stores again. They have no clue what professionalism and customer service is. Bye, Bye Puritan. You are destined for bankruptcy.
