+ -1 moreWhen the furniture arrived, everything looked great -- except all the drawer bottoms were 1/4" thick instead of the requested 3/8" thick. Pompanoosuc Mills re-manufactured the entire bedroom set, delivered the the new set and took back the old set. Angela at the West Hartford store, and Pompanoosuc Mills ARE THE BEST !!! They really focus on quality and customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: Ordered new bedroom set. I requested a custom modification to the standard build -- have the bottoms of all the drawers be 3/8" instead of 1/4" thickness, and have the man's dresser to have an addition two inches of depth for the drawers. The manufacturer agreed to make these changes at no additional cost.
