Murati's was supposed to do a little finish carpentry, repair my gutters and a window, install a storm door. Valter and an assistant spent about 10 hours at the house and did very little work, nothing to completion and some projects not at all. Literally, a dozen follow-up calls to Murati's over a 8 month period have gone unanswered. I paid half up front (the 1900 dollars and that was it

He came fairly quickly to give me the estimate. He spent a lot of time at my home. He seemed professional and knowledgeable. However when I tried to get into contact with him again it proved impossible. I would not use him again in the future.

The experience with the estimate was very good. He showed up on time and spent lots of time advising us as to what he could do for the front porch and making suggestions for some other work that he could do around our home as well. He gave me an informal estimate for the above amount which I wrote down and I called him back about a week later to hire him for the job. I talked to him and arranged to have him at an appointed time to complete the work. Mr. Murati was going to call me back when we were to arrange the time to do the work and we played phone tag for a bit before I left a final message. ($2,000.00)

THEY DO A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY GOT THE WORK DONE FAST AND QUICK WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. THEY DIDN'T COMPLAIN WHEN THE ROOFERS IT THE FRESH PAINT THEY JUST FIXED IT.
