We have used Miller plumbing for years and always happy with their service and promptness. They did our conversion from oil heat to gas heat several years ago and we were very happy with that project and the cost was very reasonable. This year they installed our gas fireplace set and the price was ridiculously high. Since that time we have called for three incidental repairs and they only showed up once. Sorry to have to cut ties. Hope you can get back on track.

It went very smoothly. They have me an estimate so I made a down payment. They ordered the unit and installed it within a week. Has worked fine, no problems.

Very responsive- we opted not to use emergency services; however, that is a great option. They returned our call and were onsite in less than 12 hours. Reasonably priced $135 and we highly recommend them and will be using them for other jobs.

Took a while to find the leak. Once specific spot was found the repair work was very prompt.

He was very nice and went right to work.  The part needed was less than expected and he was quick to fix it.  As I had to pay for an hour anyhow and only spent about 10 minutes he asked if I had anything else for him.  I actually did have a problem with my toilet shifting and he took care of that as well.  Cost was still a bit high, but from what I understand it is in the normal range.  I just wish I could have used him for more time.

I had a clogged drain and called around 330 pm on a Fri. Afternoon. First, the plumber said he could come look at the problem after he finished the job he was on but would not be able to snake the pipe until Sat. Morning. He had knowledge of the houses and pipes in my neighborhood-- many built the same in 1944. He came that night as promised and even snaked the pipe that night. He did not finish until 830 that night but was so calm and nice about it and did not charge me extra. A month later, I had another drain problem, and he came out again--promptly--snaked it again at no charge. He advised me about a problem with my old pipes, but did not pressure me at all to fix the problem immediately, and gave me a very reasonable rate for the fix. He explained everything clearly and professionally--this is a man of integrity. I have now found the plumber to help with any problems or renovations in the future!

I have no comparison but they arrived on time, were polite, cleaned up after themselves and the cost was reasonable. This is the third year, for the new furnace and we have had no problems.

They've always been responsive and they always fix the problem. We've been using them for six or seven years for various things. I usually call and they set up an appointment for me within the day or so. I dealt with Steve seven years ago; he's not as active in the business now as he used to be. We've had two different people come out from their company. They've been very professional and very confident and we've been happy with them.

I have used Miller Plumbing many times in the past and have always had a good experience with them. For this particular call I was again happy with the service that they provided. The plumber came out when he said he would and completed the work in a timely manner. The plumber was friendly and professional. I have found Miller Plumbing to be very prompt in getting to me and have always done a very good job. I will continue to use them for any future plumbing needs.

They did a horrible job and overcharged me. The owner came out twice to look at what I was complaining about. I had used them before and everything seemed okay to me at that time, but I would never use them again. The person came late. Then it took him 10 to 15 minutes to change the faucets, but he used the wrong faucets. They were like garden faucets that he put in there. I commented on it and told him that it didn't look like the faucets for a washer and dryer. So, he said that they would work just as well and it was all done. It took longer to work on that, but he did it because they were charging by the hour. Then he moved to the bathroom and told me that I had a non standard faucet in my bathroom sink. He told me that he didn't have the right parts. I told him to just take the faucet off and I also told him that I would go and buy another one. Then he told me that he didn't know how to take it off. He said that he had never seen anything like that before. He said that he would go to his truck and call somebody. He then went to his truck and came back about half an hour later. Then he told me that there was nothing that could be done. He told me that I probably had to replace the sink and get rid of the faucets all together, which was a bigger job. I asked him how much it was going to be for what he did. He said he would calculate it all out and he sat in his truck for another half an hour. Then he came back and he charged me for all that time. The total bill all together was about $500. He did 15 minutes of work of putting in the faucets and I wasn't happy with that. Two days later, I had a massive leak that went all the way down to the basement. I kept calling the owner, Steve Miller to speak to him to tell him how unhappy I was. It wasn't the owner who did the work, but it was one of his employees. I wanted somebody to come back and do the work that I asked them to do. I wasn't happy with what they had done in the laundry room since I had leaks. The owner got really angry at me at the end. I would never ever recommend them to anybody. They did respond, but it wasn't satisfactory.

I called this company about a minor leak in my new home, which occurred one hour after closing. Since the leak was in an area of my home which had been flagged by the inspector as being questionable, I wanted to hire a professional to go over it with me. I was happy to speak with a person when I called to get information. I was able to get an appointment quickly, the technician arrived on schedule, the simple leak was fixed, we discussed the inspector's concerns, and he provided his opinion. I wasn't pressured into more services.

After performing "the service" call, the plumber called me and told me that my water-heater needs to be replaced ( that pressure inside of it was 3 times more that it should be), causing by bad coil inside of the unit. The Estimated replacememt with parts and installation was $7100.00!!! Well, it wasnt. After calling to another Plumbing and Heating company, the exaust pipe was replaced ( another $200.00, which I did not mind to pay, since it fixed the problem), my problems were over. Not only Miller Plumbing performed poor service, they tried to talk me into buying the unit that I dont need to replace!!! Do yoursefl a favor, dont bother calling them.

I called this company because I had been out of hot water for three days. I had called another provider and the price was okay, but his professionalism over the phone didn't sound too good. Miller Plumbing and Heating was very professional. They gave me a price, and he told me they would call me when the technician was ready to leave from his last appointment ahead of me. I called them back that evening to go with them because I liked how he sounded on the phone and his professionalism. I thought the price might have been high because it's $99.00 to begin with because they take off for travel time, but he came and it ended up costing less than the original provider I called who wanted to start at $285.00 plus travel. They were very good.

I actually had had 2 quotes and Miller Plumbing sat down with me and went over all the details and analyzed the situation. The price was very similar to the other quotes, but he was more organized and was more professional. He and his crew were here 3 days and were very careful to keep the home clean, the crew knew exactly what they were doing and did the work in a skilled and professional manner. I would definitely recommend them.
